Frequently asked questions
Which files do I need to send?+
For mixing, upload your dry stems, clearly labeled, without effects or limiting on the master — up to 32 tracks. We recommend putting them all in one ZIP: it uploads faster and keeps everything together. For mastering, upload a stereo WAV file of your final mix with some headroom.
What if my session has more than 32 tracks?+
Send us a message through the contact page and we'll give you a quote based on the size of your session.
How long does it take?+
Usually 5 to 7 days after your payment and upload come in. Add express delivery (+€50) and you get it within 2 days.
Do I get revisions?+
Every order includes 3 revisions. If you need more after that, each extra revision is €25.
What's the difference between mixing and mastering?+
Mixing balances all the individual tracks of your song — vocals, drums, instruments — into one cohesive stereo file. Mastering is the final step: it polishes that stereo file so it's loud, consistent and ready for release.
Can I order mixing and mastering together?+
Yes. The Mixing & Mastering package covers both, so the mix and master are made to work together.
Will my track be ready for streaming platforms?+
Yes. Masters are prepared to translate well on Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube and the rest.
